Challenge

PetsWorld identified a significant opportunity in the mobile shopping space, which was previously untapped. The challenge was to design an intuitive, user-friendly app that would provide a seamless shopping experience and encourage repeat use.

We began with user research to understand the needs and behaviors of pet owners. This included surveys, interviews, and analyzing competitors’ apps. Key insights revealed the need for quick reordering, easy browsing, and personalized recommendations.

2. Design

Brainstorming sessions helped generate ideas, which were then translated into initial sketches and wireframes. We focused on creating a smooth user flow from browsing to checkout.

Wireframes to High-Fidelity Prototypes: We developed detailed high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
